Bloxorz Unblocked — Play Free Online
Spatial PuzzleNavigate a 3D block across 33 puzzle stages and into the exit hole in Bloxorz. Play free in your web browser with no downloads required.
Bloxorz unblocked: play Bloxorz online free right here in your browser — no download, no sign-up, works on a school Chromebook.
Bloxorz is a legendary spatial puzzle game created by Damian Sommer that challenges you to guide a two-block cuboid across floating tile mazes. Each stage presents an isometric grid suspended in space, with the single objective of rolling the block into a square exit hole. What begins as a simple spatial orientation exercise quickly turns into an intricate test of pathfinding, weight distribution, and geometric planning.
Unlike standard grid puzzles where movement is uniform, your block alternates between standing upright on a single square footprint and resting flat across two adjacent tiles. Every turn flips the block along its edges, altering its orientation, reachable tiles, and center of gravity. One wrong roll sends the block tumbling off the edge of the board, forcing you to rethink your approach from the start.
How to play
Navigate your block across each level using the keyboard controls:
- Arrow Keys or WASD: Roll the block up, down, left, or right across its edges.
- Spacebar: Toggle between pieces when the block is split into two halves.
Each puzzle requires you to reach the exit hole standing upright. Falling flat across the hole does not trigger completion; the block must drop vertically into the opening. Along the way, you will encounter dynamic obstacles that expand the puzzle mechanics:
- Soft Switches: Circular buttons that toggle bridges open or closed when touched by any side of the block.
- Heavy Switches: Cross-shaped buttons marked with an X that only activate when the block stands completely upright on them.
- Orange Fragile Tiles: Lightweight panels that crumble under vertical load. You can roll flat across them, but standing vertically will break the floor.
- Splitter Switches: Teleporters that separate your cuboid into two individual cubes, which must be navigated separately to hit dual switches before rejoining.
Tips for solving tricky stages
Mastering the later stages of Bloxorz requires looking beyond immediate turns:
- Count your footprint intervals: Because the block moves two spaces when rolling along its long axis and one space when rolling across its short axis, calculate whether you will arrive at critical switches vertically or horizontally before making your first move.
- Note level passcodes: Write down the six-digit code shown at the top corner of each stage. If you close your browser or want to replay a specific stage later, you can skip directly to it from the main menu.
- Use orange tiles as bridges: When navigating across fragile orange platforms, always maintain a horizontal roll. If you find yourself about to stand upright on an orange tile, back up and find a path that rotates the block ninety degrees beforehand.

Questions about Bloxorz
Is Bloxorz unblocked at school?
Bloxorz runs in an ordinary browser tab from sandtris.org, with nothing to download or install, so it plays on most school Chromebooks and work computers. If a network filter blocks the site, only that network's administrator can change it.
How many levels are in Bloxorz?
Bloxorz features 33 distinct stages of increasing complexity, introducing new mechanics like soft tiles, dual switches, and block splitters as you advance.
What do the different tile switches do?
Round switches trigger bridges when touched by any part of the block, while X-shaped switches require you to stand vertically on top of them. Teleport switches split your block into two separate pieces.
How does the level code system work in Bloxorz?
Each stage displays a unique six-digit passcode in the top right corner. You can enter this code in the stage select menu to immediately resume your session from that puzzle.
What happens if the block stands on an orange tile?
Orange tiles are fragile platforms that give way under full vertical pressure. You can roll horizontally across them, but standing upright will cause the tile to collapse and restart the stage.
